Welcome to the 11th annual Indy Pagan Pride Day!

Come join the Pagan community for a day of sharing fellowship, ritual, dancing, workshops, drumming and more.
We are dedicated to the advancement of religion and the elimination of prejudice & discrimination based on religious beliefs.
Our goal is to foster pride in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity and community.

The day was absolutely gorgeous! Truly a gift from the Gods! The high hit the low 80's, it was cool but comfortable to start the day.Setting the stage to set a new record for the highest attendance for Indy Pagan Pride Day AGAIN! 872 Pagans gathered this past Saturday to network, shop, eat and celebrate together. We would like to thank everyone for all of the contributions! WOW! Five trash bags of stuffed animals. Sixty Six dollars and change for the BearHeart Family to help Robert in anyway we can in his recovery. Two Hundred and Eight dollars in the donation jars at the Feast and the Welcome Table. Add that to the $608 we raised at the auction to give Indy Pagan Pride Day 2008 $816 to start with for next years festival. On top of all that, the Indianapolis Pagan Community pulled together to donate over a TON of food!

Thank you to the fantastic Middle Eastern Dancing we got to enjoy throughout the day. You ladies were spectacular! The drums echoed through the event all day long setting a beat that carried the positive energy throughout. The echoes across the park of the voices of our Bards in their circle gave joy to our ears. Thank you to everyone who joined in the Rituals to celebrate and enjoy our connection with the Lords and Ladies.

The Feast was Nummy! I want to thank all the volunteers that cooked and worked to help make sure that over 300 people were fed! And to the people who brought dishes to share. Thank you for the Harvest Cornucopia you made real.

On a personal note, I want to congratulate the new Event Coordinator for Indy Pagan Pride Day, Dan Eller. He has spent the last year shadowing me as the Assitant Local Coordinator and is going to do a fantastic job. Dan will be needing a lot of volunteers to help plan next years event and he is looking for new ideas and energy to help him.
